How to Remove the Fuel Pump from a Subaru Impreza

In this video, learn how to remove the fuel pump from a Subaru. First, disconnect the battery cables. Next, remove the rear seat base of the Subaru. You will find various wiring and a metal piece with screws; this is what you need to dismantle. Unscrew the securing screws of the metal cap and remove it. Wrap the entire perimeter of the metal sheet with paper or an absorbent cloth. Then, using a socket spanner, unscrew the securing pins located at the sides. Finally, disconnect the power terminals and the fluid circulation tubes. Now, extract the fuel pump. To reassemble, follow the steps in reverse.
