Replacing the rear light bulbs in a Subaru Outback is very simple; let’s see how to proceed in this tutorial. First, open the tailgate and unscrew the two screws securing the plastic cover. Underneath, you will find the two screws securing the light, unscrew them and pull the light towards the rear of the car to release the clips holding it to the body. At this point, you can replace the faulty bulbs by rotating the bulb holders counterclockwise to extract them. Reassemble everything by following the reverse procedure and repeat the operation for the opposite light if necessary.
