To replace the bulb on a Subaru Outback, open the bonnet to access the rear of the headlight: here you will find the connector that must be disconnected to remove the old bulb from its housing. Once the old bulb is removed, connect the new bulb to its connector.

When the new bulb is connected, insert it back into its housing and close the bonnet, ensuring the new bulb works correctly.
