Replacing Front Headlight Bulb on Subaru Outback

Model: Subaru Outback BL, BP, MK 3 - Years 2003-2009

Let’s see how to replace the blown bulbs in the front compartment of the Subaru Outback. Open the front bonnet by pulling the lever located in the vehicle, and secure it with the prop rod. Remove the fluid top-up tube (for the radiator or windscreen washer). Remove the caps at the back of the front headlight (as shown in the video). Disconnect the plastic inspection caps, remove the bulb holders with the metal clips, and fit the new bulbs. Reattach the front headlight covers. Finally, test the functioning of the bulbs in the headlight. Replace the front headlight bulbs. Reattach the top-up tube.
