How to Remove the Left Front Door Panel of the Subaru Crosstrek Mk2

This guide shows how to disassemble the inner panel of the left front door of the Subaru Crosstrek Mk2. The first step is to remove the cover of the lock handle compartment using a small screwdriver. Remove the two screws, one in the lock handle compartment and one in the door handle compartment, using a Torx screwdriver. At this point, from the bottom edge of the panel, use a trim tool to disconnect the retaining clips. Now you can remove the panel. Be careful of the electrical connectors before removing the piece.
