Removal and Replacement of Air Conditioning Circuit on Subaru Legacy

Model: Subaru Legacy BP, BL, MK 4 - Years 2003-2009

To remove and replace the air conditioning circuit on the Subaru Legacy, proceed as follows: 1) Open the bonnet. 2) Remove the bumper grille. 3) Remove the securing screw located at the bottom right of the air conditioning radiator. 4) Remove the securing screw from the air conditioning circuit charging port. 5) Disconnect the clips securing the air conditioning circuit in the engine bay. 6) Disconnect the clips from the electrical connections of the air conditioning circuit. 7) Remove the radiator reservoir. 8) Carefully slide the air conditioning circuit out of the engine bay. 9) Proceed in reverse for reassembly and ensure to use new O-rings for the circuit terminals.
