In this video, see where the battery is located in the Toyota RAV4 and how to proceed if you need to replace it, a very simple and quick operation. As shown, the battery is positioned in the usual housing in the engine bay, just behind the air filter.

Before replacing it, ensure the key is not inserted, then open the bonnet, loosen the nuts on both terminals, and disconnect them starting with the negative. Finally, unscrew the fixing bracket bolt using a long 12mm socket, remove the battery from the housing, and install the replacement.
