How do you reset the MMT transmission of the Toyota Corolla?

To reset the MMT automatic transmission mounted on the Toyota Corolla, you will need to connect a diagnostic tool to the vehicle's OBD port: this will be located on the dashboard just below the steering column. Once this operation has been completed, you can proceed by following the instructions on the screen to clear the errors stored in the transmission control unit: at this point, you can disconnect the scanner and then check that everything is functioning correctly.
