Replacing the Clutch Disc

Replacing the clutch is a very laborious operation as it is necessary to disassemble the entire clutch assembly. Start by removing the battery and support to work easily on the clutch. Lift the vehicle, secure it, and unscrew the bolts of the clutch cover and all connected parts. Remove the wheel and disassemble the drive shafts. Remove the clutch and disassemble the disc by taking off the fixing nuts. Clean the parts and install the new clutch disc, securing it carefully. Check that other transmission components are not compromised, then reassemble the cover and secure it properly. Reconnect and reassemble all previously removed parts in reverse order. Verify the perfect operation of the replaced component.
