This guide shows how to clean the high voltage battery filter on the Toyota Corolla Hybrid Mk5. To perform this operation, move the passenger seat forward and go to the right rear seat; under the seat is the access to the filter housing. Using a small Phillips screwdriver, unscrew the clip retaining screw of the cover.

Once the plastic cover is removed, you can simply detach the filter from the retaining pins. Clean the filter using compressed air and refit it in position.

Close the cover to complete the operation.

To remove the rear seat of a Hyundai Tucson, follow these steps. Start by moving the front seats to their most forward position to gain space. Next, locate the release lever on the underside of the rear seat, near the floor. Press this lever down while pulling the seat upwards to unlock it from the anchor pins. Once unlocked, tilt the seat upwards and forwards to remove it from its position. Repeat this process for both sides of the rear seat.
