How to Clean the High Voltage Battery Filter on the Toyota Corolla Hybrid Mk5

This guide shows how to clean the high voltage battery filter on the Toyota Corolla Hybrid Mk5. To perform this operation, move the passenger seat forward and go to the right rear seat; under the seat is the access to the filter housing. Using a small Phillips screwdriver, unscrew the clip retaining screw of the cover. Once the plastic cover is removed, you can simply detach the filter from the retaining pins. Clean the filter using compressed air and refit it in position. Close the cover to complete the operation.
