To replace the battery in the remote key of the vehicle, proceed as follows: first, extract the emergency key and use it to lever open the centre of the remote to release the rear shell, giving access to the compartment containing the battery. Using a fingernail, lift the battery from its housing and take the new one (always check the type of battery) and position it, ensuring the positive terminal is on top. Finally, reattach the remote cover by pressing it together with your fingers.
