Replacing the front wheel hub bearing requires some skill and a set of specific tools for proper installation, such as pullers and a press. First, lift the vehicle and remove the wheel. Remove the brake caliper along with its bracket. Mark the indentation of the half-shaft fixing nut to unscrew it without damaging the thread, then extract the half-shaft. Remove the ball joint from the steering rack support at the hub and complete the disassembly by removing the fixing bolts from the shock absorber. At this point, the hub support is ready for the extraction of the central hub and the bearing. Proceed in reverse with the insertion of the new bearing and installation on the vehicle. Given the complexity of the operations, it is essential to choose a high-quality bearing.
