How to Replace the Key Battery of the Toyota CH-R

To replace the key battery of the Toyota CH-R, start by sliding the tab at the bottom of the remote to remove the key blade. Once the key blade is removed, use a plastic lever to split the two halves of the remote. With the remote open, lift the buttons to reveal the battery, and remove the old battery using your hands. Now take the new battery, remove it from its packaging, and insert it in place of the old battery. After inserting the new battery, reposition the buttons of the remote in the same way they were before (with the battery attached to the other half). Once the buttons are back in place, snap the halves of the remote together until you hear a click, and reinsert the key blade. Finally, test the new battery.
