Operation: How to replace the fuel filter on the Toyota 4Runner n180

The guide shows how to replace the fuel filter on the Toyota 4Runner n180. The first operation to carry out is to disconnect the EFI fuse, which controls the operation of the fuel pump and disconnect the latter; start the engine to drain the fuel lines; disconnect the battery before lifting the vehicle. Safely raise the vehicle and locate the filter housing. With a 10 mm spanner, unscrew the filter fixing bolt. Using a 19 mm and a 14 mm wrench, unscrew the two fuel lines, placing a container to collect the remaining fuel. Remove the old cartridge and install the new element following the installation direction. Reassemble the hydraulic hoses and the filter holder. Once the battery has been reconnected and the pump fuse inserted, start the engine for a few minutes.
