The guide shows how to perform the replacement of the front brake pads of Toyota 4Runner n180. The first step is to secure the vehicle, remove the front wheel and lift the car. Turn the steering wheel to facilitate the operation. Using a small screwdriver, detach the fixing pin of the pad guide rods. Connect a brake fluid recovery device to the relief valve and open it; retract the brake caliper pistons and remove the old pad. Bring the pistons to the end of their stroke and install the new braking elements lubricated with the special material. Close the relief valve and put everything back in place. When refilling the brake fluid reservoir, do not shake the bottle to prevent air bubbles from entering the system.
