In this tutorial, you will see how to remove the fuel float in a Toyota Corolla. This operation is very simple but requires the removal of the fuel pump since the two elements are directly connected. First, disconnect the negative terminal of the battery, then lift the rear seat and remove the protective cover of the pump. Next, disconnect both the power connector and the fuel line, unscrew all the fastening bolts with an 8mm spanner, and extract the pump. At this point, you can remove the float, insert the replacement, and reassemble everything by following the reverse procedure.
