In this tutorial, see how to replace the brake light bulbs in a Toyota Tacoma. You will only need a 10mm socket wrench. Start by opening the tailgate, then unscrew the two mounting screws for the light located along the inner edge. In this area, you will find 4 bolts; the ones to remove are the second and the last, starting from the top. Once this is done, separate the light from the body, disconnect the power connector, and remove the old bulb by turning it counterclockwise. To install the replacement, simply follow the reverse procedure.
