Through this very short video tutorial, let's see how to replace the key battery of a third generation Toyota RAV 4, model in production from 2006 to 2013. To replace the battery we must first of all open the key, to do this, insert a small screwdriver cut into a slot located on the bottom of the key, where there is the keychain eyelet, once inserted, rotate it slightly to put pressure on the two halves of the remote control to separate and divide them. Now by removing the internal push-button panel we can reach the old battery to be replaced, and once replaced, we close the remote control following the reverse procedure.
