How to Replace the Timing Belt on the Toyota Corolla

To replace the timing belt on the Toyota Corolla, open the bonnet to access the components located on the left side of the engine block. Here, under the plastic cover, you will find the timing belt around the pulleys: loosening the nuts will reduce the tension on the belt. You can gain easier access to the pulleys by removing the front right wheel and the corresponding wheel arch liner. Once all these components are removed, you can slide the belt out of its position and replace it with a new one.
