In this tutorial, see how to replace the battery in the Toyota Highlander, a very simple and quick operation. Before proceeding, ensure the key is not inserted for safety.

Start by opening the bonnet, then using a 10mm socket, remove the two bolts of the upper mounting bracket. Next, loosen the negative terminal nut, disconnect it, and repeat the process for the positive terminal.

At this point, you can remove the old battery and install the replacement by following the reverse procedure, reconnecting the positive terminal first.
