In this video, you will learn how to change the transmission oil on a 2005 Yaris Verso. Position yourself under the engine, where the drain plug is located.

First, obtain the appropriate oil (the one suggested by the YouTuber is Bardahl 89 W90, available on Amazon for £21.65, including delivery, with code B00CHL85G6). Identify the area related to the transmission, using the guidance provided in the video, then place a container to collect the used oil (which you will dispose of properly at an authorised collection centre).

After all the oil has drained, replace the plug and insert the rubber tube until it reaches the drain plug hole, then insert the funnel into the rubber tube and begin pouring.

When you have poured all the oil, be quick to replace the plug, or the oil will start to spill out.
