Replacing the fuel pump on a Toyota Corolla involves loosening the screws that secure the rear seats in their housing, allowing the bench to be completely removed: once the bench is removed, you can locate the pump underneath. This must now be removed from its housing by loosening the securing screws and disconnecting all power cables: this will allow you to pull out the old pump from its housing, insert the new one, and reassemble all previously removed components.
