This guide refers only to cleaning the EGR valve of the specified model and does not cover its extraction. If you also need guidance on how to extract the EGR valve, you can find it on our website.

After extracting the EGR valve, locate the two ports, one for intake and one for return, as it is necessary to clean the valve in the correct direction. To clean it, simply blow with an air compressor into the intake port to properly purge the valve of any deposits.

For reassembly, follow the steps described in reverse.

How to Remove the Rear Seat of a Hyundai Tucson?

To remove the rear seat of a Hyundai Tucson, follow these steps. Start by moving the front seats to their most forward position to gain space. Next, locate the release lever on the underside of the rear seat, near the floor. Press this lever down while pulling the seat upwards to unlock it from the anchor pins. Once unlocked, tilt the seat upwards and forwards to remove it from its position. Repeat this process for both sides of the rear seat.
