To open the fuel flap on a Toyota Yaris, you need to access the interior of the cabin from the driver's side: here you will find a lever at the base of the seat, with a petrol pump icon. This lever should be pulled upwards to unlock the fuel flap lock: once the lock is opened, you will be able to locate the underlying cover, which needs to be unscrewed to insert fuel.

You can close the fuel flap simply by pushing it down.
