How to Remove the Stereo from a Toyota Yaris

How do you remove the radio from your Toyota Yaris? Carefully follow this guide to perform the disassembly. First, use a plastic or metal trim tool to lever off the silver plastic trim (the air vents will come off with it). Disconnect the plastic frame around the stereo by hand, then use a socket spanner to unscrew the bolts around the perimeter of the radio. Pull the stereo out of its housing, disconnect the power and radio antenna connectors. Refit everything by reversing the steps.
