In this video we can see how it is possible to repair the reception antenna of one's car that has broken. The video refers to a 1999 Toyota 4 Runner, but we can say that this solution is valid for all cars that have this type of antenna. We can find the new antenna for example on Amazon with the code B07HMR5LGD at the price of 7.99 euros, free delivery. We unscrew the nut with pliers, then remove the rubber seal and extract the old antenna from its housing. Now we insert the new antenna into the chrome screw; here it becomes more complicated, because we must remember from which side the antenna came out when we removed it: in fact we must insert it in the same place. In my case they were facing towards the rear of the vehicle. We must make sure that there is no exposed mass, or that a piece of the old antenna has not remained.
