The youtuber - who clearly has familiarity with these medical tools - used a catheter to drain the oil, which is usually drained from the secondary clutch cylinder, and which is usually located on the side of the gearbox.

Here we find a bleed valve similar to those found on brakes: this valve allows air to escape from the hydraulic clutch system. We must then loosen the bleed valve and let the liquid flow into the catheter bag, without making a mess.
