What Causes a Stiff Clutch Pedal Problem

In the video, the stiff pedal problem is caused by two distinct factors that are interconnected: the stiff pedal, which then goes 'to the floor', is due to the failure of the clutch linkage (or hydraulic line), which, when subjected to abnormal pressure due to a defect or aging, initially feels stiff and resistant, as it is working at its limit, then gives way and breaks. At that moment, the pedal loses resistance and 'goes to the floor', unable to transmit force to the clutch. After repairing the hydraulic part, the car does not start because the starting system requires the clutch pedal to be pressed to activate the starter motor. In the case shown in the video, an attempt was made to start the engine without pressing the clutch, straining the starter motor: this caused a protection to trip on a relay module, resulting in the control unit no longer sending the start signal.
