How to Bleed the Clutch Pump?

This guide explains how to bleed the air from the clutch on a motorcycle: bleeding is necessary when you pull the clutch lever and notice that the first few centimetres of travel are soft, indicating that there is air in the system. First, obtain an Allen key to remove the screws securing the clutch oil cover. Inside the small oil reservoir, there is a 6 mm nut at the bottom, so take a 6 mm spanner and while pulling the clutch lever, slightly loosen the nut to release air bubbles. Repeat this process several times to complete the bleeding.
