The fuel pump protection fuse is usually found in the fuse box located in the engine compartment. This fuse controls the electrical supply.

Since this fuse controls the power to the fuel pump, any malfunction can cause drivability issues. Typically, a faulty or blown fuel pump fuse will produce symptoms that alert the driver to problems, such as irregular power delivery and an unstable idle, or roughness in the engine's power output.
