In this video we will see how it is possible to clean the flow meter. As a first step, open the engine compartment and locate where the flow meter is located, usually it is found as in the video next to the engine block. If possible, disconnect the battery terminals, otherwise, if equipped with a black box, disconnect its sensor. Use a torx screwdriver of about 23/25 and unscrew the set screw of the flow meter. Once removed, pull the flow meter outwards. Handle it with care as it is very delicate. Get the wd-40 spray and spray it from about 15/20 cm away, let it dry well for about ten minutes and reassemble everything.
