In this video, here are the steps for effective and safe cleaning of the mass air flow sensor (MAF sensor). Use only a specific cleaner spray for MAF sensors, such as LiquiMoly AirFlow Sensor Cleaner, which can be found on Amazon with the code B00295EEBK for £10.38 with free delivery in 2 days for Prime customers: disconnect the negative battery terminal, remove the sensor from the air duct (the plastic cylinder after the air filter); spray the cleaner on the wires and the internal plate without touching them. Allow to air dry for 10 minutes; reassemble everything and reconnect the battery. This way, you will resolve power loss, high consumption, and stuttering caused by oil/dust deposits on the sensor.
