Replacing the Drive Belt on the Yamaha Tmax 530

To replace the drive belt on this scooter, you must first remove the right side cover to access the transmission. Using a socket spanner, begin removing the fastening bolts of the transmission cover to extract it. Use a pneumatic gun to unscrew the fastening bolt of the two pulleys and remove both. At this point, you can slide off the belt, then take the new belt and insert it into the left pulley, proceeding to reassemble the other pulley by placing the belt in the housing. Finally, reattach the transmission cover and the bodywork cover.
