It may happen that you are in a hurry and the remote for your vehicle has a dead battery. You might not have the time to find a shop for a new battery. In the video, we discuss a vehicle from the Volkswagen group, but generally, almost all work similarly: on the driver’s door, the handle consists of two parts, where the smaller part is a plastic cover. Underneath, there is a small slot where you can insert something (even the key itself) to lever it off. Underneath is a classic cylinder where you can insert the key and open the door. This also applies to those with a keyless entry, as there is a physical key hidden inside the remote for this purpose. To start the vehicle, simply bring the remote close to the steering column and the car will start.
