In this video, learn how to perform emergency refuelling or add additives to vehicles that have a safety valve fuel tank. On cars equipped with this device (which on some brands, like Ford, is called "easy fuel"), it is impossible to access the tank without using the fuel pump. It must be the correct one: diesel for diesel and petrol for petrol. They cannot be interchanged. However, emergency refuelling is possible with a special funnel, which can be purchased from any parts supplier (and which some brands, like Ford, provide as standard with the onboard equipment) for a few pounds, and it is advisable to always keep one in the car.

How to Check the Oil Level on a Jeep Renegade?

To check the oil level on a Jeep Renegade, you need to open the bonnet to access the components inside the engine bay: on the lower left side of the engine block, you will find the dipstick for checking the level. This should be pulled out and thoroughly cleaned with a cloth: once cleaned, reinsert it back into its tube and pull it out immediately after. This way, you can check that the oil mark is between the minimum and maximum levels; finally, you can place the dipstick back in its tube.
