To remove the front door of the Piaggio Porter, as shown in the video, you need to remove the door lock clip by unscrewing the cap. Next, remove the retaining pin so that you can take out the cylinder itself. Remove the door handle rod and unscrew the screws connected to the handle; this will allow you to slide out the outer handle. Unscrew the screws of the lock, and at this point, you should be able to pull the lock out from the inside. Obtain a new functioning lock and replace it. Reassemble everything.
