Procedure to Bleed Air Trapped in the Diesel Fuel System

In this video tutorial, you can see the procedure to bleed air trapped in the diesel fuel system. If air remains in the fuel system, it will be impossible for the pump or the fuel pump plunger to deliver fuel when starting the engine, thus preventing the engine from starting. In these cases, it will be necessary to use a bleeding pump to remove air from the fuel circuit before starting the engine. There are two types of bleeding pumps: one for the rotary injection pump, while the second is for the inline injection pump.
