In this video, we see how to clean the radiator by ourselves. We start by disconnecting the lower hose of the cooling system and let the fluid drain into a container (which will be disposed of at an authorized center). We try to remove as much dirt and scale as possible from the pipes and radiator, then reattach the hose in its place. We pour some distilled water into the system. For the quantity, we consult the user manual; then we start the engine and let it run at idle for 10-15 minutes, then turn it off and let it cool down for at least an hour. We disconnect the lower hose of the system again and let the distilled water drain into a container. This water should also be disposed of at an authorized center. If the water coming out is dirty, the procedure needs to be repeated. When the water coming out is clean, you can refill with coolant; but if the pipes were very dirty, use a specific additive for deep cleaning, then start the engine and let it run at idle for the time indicated for the product; then turn it off and wait for the engine to cool down. When it is completely cold, you can refill the system with coolant.

How to open the bonnet of the Volkswagen Polo

Let's see in this short and simple guide the instructions that will allow us to open the bonnet of the Volkswagen Polo. First of all we open the front door, on the driver's side, and start pulling the opening lever of the engine hood, in order to open the lock; then let's move to the front of the vehicle and unhook the tab that we find on the central part, above the manufacturer's emblem, as shown in the video.
