How to Replace the Radiator

Release and lift the bonnet. To access the radiator, you will need to remove the mechanical parts behind it that obstruct access. You will find a guide on our site that explains how to do this. Start by draining the fluids in the system. Next, disconnect the battery cables. Remove the air intake duct to access the fan assembly on the radiator. Disconnect the inlet and outlet hoses. After disconnecting each cable, remove the hoses from the pump. Now, remove the bolts securing the radiator. Finally, lift the radiator to extract it.
