In this tutorial, we can see how to manually open the door of the Volkswagen Tiguan in case the remote control battery is dead, a very simple and quick operation. First of all, we extend the emergency metal key by pressing the appropriate button, then we locate the small slot on the lower edge of the indicated cover, pry it open and unhook it. We then insert the key into the lock cylinder and turn it counterclockwise to unlock it. At this point, it will be possible to start the engine normally and drive the vehicle.
