How to replace the rear headrests in the Volkswagen Golf?

In this tutorial we can see how to replace the rear headrests in the Volkswagen Golf, an extremely simple and quick operation. First of all, we open the rear doors, then we release the backrests from the supports using the appropriate levers, in order to obtain more maneuvering space. We then locate the buttons at the base of both rods of the first headrest, hold them down and remove the headrest itself from the seat. Finally, we repeat the operation for the remaining headrests, if necessary, and simply mount the replacements by inserting them into the holes.
