If the horn in your Volkswagen Polo has suddenly stopped working, first check the status of the relevant fuse, whose position is indicated in this video. As shown, the fuse is located in the box inside the cabin, specifically in the lower left area of the dashboard on the driver's side.

It is a 20A fuse and is the third one in the first row on the right when looking at the box from the front. If faulty, ensure you use a replacement with equivalent specifications and work with the vehicle turned off to avoid any damage.
