In this video, you will see how to change the cigarette lighter fuse - which is also the fuse for the power socket - on the Volkswagen Polo MK6. This fuse is located in the fuse box inside the cabin, between the steering column and the driver's door, at the bottom of the dashboard, in a small compartment with a pull-off cover. It is the #F55 fuse rated at 20 amps. In the engine bay, there is a second fuse box located between the battery and the right side of the body, which contains a limited number of fuses, including those for the brake light sensor, front wiper, and horn.
