To remove the rear bumper of the Volkswagen Polo, first remove the rear lights from their housing: open the boot and take off the internal trim panel in line with the light. Under this panel, you will find the bolt to remove to free the light unit from its place, disconnecting its connector.

Once the lights are removed, proceed to loosen the screws that secure the bumper from underneath and from inside the wheel arches: when the old bumper has been removed, you can fit the new one and check that everything is functioning.
