How to replace the air vent knobs on a Volkswagen Polo? In this video, we will see how to proceed. Remove the air vent knobs by hand or with pliers (if they do not come off easily). Disconnect the air conditioning control frames using a screwdriver (levering them off), then extract the parts from the instrument panel as shown in the video. Be careful not to break the plastic tabs that hold the frames. After removing the knobs from the panel, replace them with new ones. Finally, reassemble all the pieces in reverse order of disassembly.
