How to replace the ventilation fan on a Volkswagen Polo. Follow this video to perform the removal. Use a lever to remove the plastic cover under the front dashboard, then unscrew the retaining screws of the glove compartment (where the resistor is located). Unscrew the retaining screws of the fan, disconnect the power connector, then pull it out from the cabin. Insert a new fan (connect the power connector). Finally, refit the cover and tighten the screws. Check the correct installation of the previously fitted parts and test their proper operation.
