If you want to replace the small battery inside the remote control of your Volkswagen Passat B6 on your own, just carefully read the following guide and follow all the steps described in it. First of all, remove the emergency key located inside the cover, then remove the metal part located on the top and proceed with the removal of the rear protective cover.

Once you have done this, proceed with replacing the old exhausted battery with a new one of the same type (CR 2032 model).
