The cooling system has been affected by engine oil, so it is necessary to introduce an additive into the system that helps remove this oil. We put the additive in the expansion tank, take a drive with the car until it reaches 90°C, and then drain everything. In order to clean the system, in this case, eight washes were necessary and the replacement of the expansion tank with a new one.
