How to change the engine oil on the Volkswagen Touran?

To change the engine oil on the Volkswagen Touran, access the underside of the vehicle, where you will find the oil drain plug: loosen this plug to collect the oil in a suitably positioned container. Once all the oil has drained, close the drain plug and open the bonnet, removing the plastic cover from the engine block: when this is removed, you can pull out the filter from its housing and top up through the designated breather.
