Oil Replacement on Volkswagen Touran

Model: Volkswagen Touran MK 1, 1T - Years 2003-2015

Replace the oil in your Volkswagen Touran if you have covered a considerable distance. Lift the car on a jack and unscrew the bolt on the oil sump: let the fluid drain into a container. Open the car door and pull up the engine compartment release lever located at the bottom left of the dashboard, then lift the front bonnet and secure it. Using a socket wrench, unscrew the large fastening bolt of the container cap where the oil filter is located, extract the worn filter, and position a new one. Top up with new oil in the engine and close the bonnet.
